1. Single Phase and Three Phase UPS topology theories
2. Battery theory
3. Practical battery sessions
4. Practical UPS sessions
5. UPS and battery maintenance
6. UPS in service maintenance and testing

At the end of the course the attendees had developed a good understanding of UPS theory, had sufficient knowledge to carry out routine maintenance and fault diagnosis, were able to recognise more complex problems and able to calculate voltage, current and run times of a variety of battery configurations.
